    update on my cycle after 13 days!

    scott, honestly i dont think i have much of it!
    i can see increased fat in the abs area, but for exemple my arms are more defined and my face is not so puffy!
    dont know how to explain: i dont look huge, but im "full"!
    some problems with my legs: slower gains, even if strenght is good (im now using inclined press as 1st exercice coz i still feel some pain in my lower back if i squat).
    good gains in strengh...

    Why don't you go light on exercises that use your lower back for a few days to give it time to recuperate fully.

    its not a problem of days, it will take weeks before the therapist will fix it!
    i just have to be careful doin certains excercices, like squat.
    i havent done too much squat in the last years coz of a car accident and big problems on my legs that gives me pain on my lower back.
    but i can press, leg ext, step up, squat on smith machine, leg curl.
    so i just try to become stronger on press and then back to smith machine squat that i will probably do in superset with legs ext first.

    back for one question:
    what about test? ive done 3 inj so far (tomorow will be the 4th) but i dont feel anythin.
    i know test should kick in from week 4/5 but... i mean, where is the test ive already injected so far? should i feel it "sexually"! or when it kicks it kicks in muscle, in sex, "everywhere?
