Im curious too. No one answered the question. Can u just suck the liquid out of ur nipples, not the fat. I have gyno, I have been told its not that bad. I want surgery either way. I just dont have the money for it. My chest doesnt look like tits but my nipples are puffy. If they werent I dont think I would need the surgery.

No you cannot suck it out. It is a gland that has to be removed, not a fluid pocket. Do not screw around with it. Wait until you can afford proper surgery or you will butcher yourself.
