    post cycle training

I was just wondering how we should train in the post cycle, and also what kind of diet we should be on to try and maintain the bodies new weight setpoint I have been on PCT for four days and have lost 3 pounds possibly water but don't wantto take any serious losses. All answers from experience are very welcome.

I use shorter more intense sessions with low reps high weight to stimulate max Test Production / keeping workout short helps with not depleting endogenous test production. 3 workouts / week dividing body into 3 parts - but that's just me

make sure you keep calories up during PCT. You gotta keep training hard, but remember hard on and off is different. Keep the weights high and lower reps a bit. Keep at it and break through that point where you getting back to natural. It will be a hard psychological process many times, but work through it
