Pins are sharp

After my injection this morning, I was casually putting the plastic cap back onto the pin when I missed and stuck the pin right into the tip of my index finger. It when in pretty far too. Please, don't be a dumb ass like me. Pay attention to what you are doing.

worst experience with that was an 18g basically harpooning my index finger...i literally could have slipped a hoop in there as a sweet new piercing because it went all the way through!

try the scoop method leave the cap layin on the counter and when ur done just scoop the cap back up with the pin.

I am so paranoid that that is going to happen that I am always extra careful. I like the scoop idea. I'll have to try that.

ive dropped a pin, and it landed on the tile on the plunger side, but then bounced up and turned over and stuck the side of my foot....didnt hurt, but my feet are very vascular and it bleed forever

i accidentaly stuck my roommate with a pin full of juice. had to change the needle and stick me!

My first shot I was so cautious because I was scared it took forever to complete. Now I treat it like brushing my teeth, I just grab and go. I'm sure I'll screw up sooner or later, last week I almost forgot to push the air out of the syringe before the plunge.

Well make **** sure you wear shoes when you inject from now on........don't want you coming back on the board to let us know the needle feel off the counter and landed in your foot. hahahahaha I hate it when that happens. hahahahaha
