Most people go 75 MG ED or EOD.
It should be injected at LEAST every three days.
Im already on EQ and wiinny and would like a little fat burner action. and I dont want to get huge. I have already gained 25 lbs on the eq and i havent even started winny.
do some aerobics or take some eca if you want some fat burner action...

Fina at once a week will do squat for ya!
75mgs/ED is the best, plus fina is not a huge weight gainer anyway's,it's more for strength and preserving muscle during a cutting cycle.Any weight you gain on fina won't be water anyway's but solid muscle!

Yes I agree kizer, that fina WITH TEST is a good mass gainer, but not alone, and not once a week.
