i want to gain some size (like 10lbs) and also cut out some fat so i was thinking of stacking 500mg of test for ten weeks and 50mg of winstrol for ten weeks with nolva and proviron on hand ...clomid and clen for my pct ...what do you guys think? ... better suggestions?

the recomendation for first times would be 350 - 500 mg of test per week. i would stick with one compound so drop the winny. but if you are going to run it keep it to 6 weeks max.
switch E out for prop if you're wanting more leaness, don't run winny that long either......most important for cutting the fat is your diet though, keep it clean, and hit AM cardio on an empty stomach.....30-45 min at 65-75%
thanks you guys! great advice .... i think i go with the test 50mg ....should i stick with just having the nolva and proviron on hand or should i use it throughout the cycle?
On the test the weeks you want to run it is good but the winny you want no more than 6 weeks........ On anti-e's I like running L-dex and Nolva through the cycle and PCT...... Provirion is good but can get expensive and if you do use it you should run it through the cycle at 50mg ED.
1 - 10 Enan 500mg
7 - 12 Winny 50mg ED
1 - 12 Nolva 10mg ED
1 - 12 L-dex .25mg ED or Provirion 50mg ED
Start PCT 1 day after your last Winny dose:
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 21 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 22 - 28 20mg Nolva
If you use L-dex run that at .25mg ED through PCT
