The truth of AS after years of use???
Ok, so i would say that a successful bulking cycle would be between 10-25lbs gain is muscle. But i know that many of you guys have been doing AS for many many years. I mean there is that point when you cant get a whole lot better. I mean what happens...do you just get like 2-5 pounds out of a cycle and that would be a success. How successful are your cycles after 10 years etc. I know this sounds confusing but i know that there is a limit on our size and i know i cant gain 20lbs every cycle for the rest of my life.

IMO gains get smaller and smaller every cycle
the idea is to get to size and stay there and improve on the look
ie vascularity and definition

i'm now 33,have done many cycles since 18,went from 170# to 275# throughout the yrs.while incredably strong at 275#,i'm not exactly as lean as i'd like to be,i'm presently 265# and around 9-10% bf...would like to get down to 5% bf at whatever weight that takes me and then make adjustments from there...anymore it's about quality not quanity..if i wanted i'm sure i can get up over 300#.but i wouldnt look impressive out of cloths.just massive...not interested in that look anymore...btw.i'm 6'2".
