why so much water?

i was curious , how dose drinking over a gallon of water a day help with gains while on cycle?

not help with gains, help with weight loss, metabolism, helping kidney function(fina), etc

I usually drink about 1 and a half gallons on cycle and a gallon a day off cycle. It's hard but necessary like A1 said.

I usually drink 2-3 gal a day while at work, but on the weekends it's hard, probably only a gallon.

And a good reason is in my sig of why.

I'm suprised I haven't been water poisoned with the way I drink water ed.
