How long should you wait before juicing again?
I've been out of the gym for about a year now and just started today with my first workout...gonna be one stiff mofo tomorrow :lol
But I was just wondering how long I should train for before I start my fina cycle again. Prior to this year i worked out consistently for 3 years and did 3 cycles.
oh yeah........keep in mind that I wasn't totally out of training. I'd say on and off throughout the year and I was really active playing rugby year round to stay in shape.
then the next question would be...how long can you keep fina once it's made?

i would give your tendons time to get used to weights again.....Wait about 4 months

give yourself a few months to get your training and diet in check...once you are in a good routine then maybe hit the sauce
