    eq advice

    im am first timer....how much eq should i administer in week...how often and how much????

    usually around 400mg is good...you are running test along with it correct??

    Hey cashus, i wouldnt reccomend to other member to do eq alone like you are doing. It's probably not the best advice. You should have ran test

    Run 600mg if you really want benefits but everyone else runs 400
