PCT Timing

Alright guys I have gotten some conflicting advice on the start of my pct
my cycle consists of 8 weeks of Eq (Syd) and Propianate (qv)

1) should I wait 2.5 weeks after last dose to start because of Eq
or should I start in 3-4 days

2) if it is 2.5 weeks do I continue arimidex and nolva in the interim between last dose and PCT?

You want to wait 3wks after your lastshot of EQ OR 3 days after your last shot of prop....whichever is latter. Continue you anti-e through your PCT.

1. eq should be run 12 wks min.
2. prop must be ran 3 wks past last eq shot
3. start pct 3 days after last prop shot
4 continue armidex til pct and nolva through pct
5. read #1 and #2 again

Agree with both posts but arimidex and nolva should be ran through the cycle and also through PCT with clomid......

.25mg ED arimidex and 10mg ED nolva durring cycle
.25mg ED arimidex and 20mg ED nolva durring PCT with clomid 300 1 day/100 20 days
