    Liver and Kidney, Prostate Question

    I will be running m1t for 2week at either 5mg or 10mg ,havent decided yet but thats still 2months away, but i want to play it self on the organs so i was thinking
    Flex Seed Oil for liver
    Cranberry extract for kidneys
    Drink lots of water

    but what can i take for my prostate?

    at 10mg will this affect my prostate severely?

    Use some ALA for the liver. Cranextract is more for urinary tract than kidney.

    SP is fine for prostate

    Really though, the best protective measure for the liver and kidneys is water, everything else is complementary
