ok, I am running that cycle we talked about. how long should I do cardio? what are some great foods I should eat to help me with T3? How should I run this cycle? 7days on 5 days off etc....
and finally, when should I see some results in my body?

day1-5 200mcg
day6 100mcg
day7 50mcg
5 days off
give or take in dose

right to a peak dose is not a smart way to run it...
Personally I run it the 1mcg per lb method and build
to my peak dose during the 1st week and slowly taper

And run it like this:
Week 1 ramp up to peak
Weeks 2-3 peak dose
Weeks 4-6 slowly ramp down

And BTW the 1mcg per lb bodyweight is a pretty **** intense way to run it..

ur right my rest temp before was really low. it scared the sh** of me. I am off my cycle of T3s and my rest BT is now around 97.5 which is ok. I am also taking T5 supplement which it helps me recovery from my T3 cycle. buff87 if u have any question for me or mallet but PM us. Mallet will know more than me in some areas. I ran my T3 cycle like this:

OH!...btw, T5 contains forskolin...which it what I would recommend when cycling t3...it helps in regulating your thyroid function. It's a must for post cycle!

OK so your saying the whole 5/40/55 is way off it works only for the first couple of weeks right. Im gonna read the whole thyroid 1 2 3 post and try to get a better understanding of what Mallet is saying. Im am willing to hear both sides and then I will make a decision.

96.8 is a bit low...I would recommend to start taking Coleus forskolii and or T-100X as soon as possible this will definately help in regulating thyroid function...just because your temp is low doesn't mean your not a candidate for t3 it just means your closer to getting prescribed t3 (subclinical hypothyroidism) by getting your temp back up to optimal levels naturally, your giving yourself life long rewards. It's very hard to monitor someone when they are already on t3 supplements if you don't first have a baseline to conclude from!
