what is the best stack for weight loss fast
what do i need besides exercise and diet for fast weight loss with min muscle loss.

You dont NEED anything else.
ECA/NYC of some sort can help curb the apetite and speed things up a little though.

Cardio in the AM 30-45min
and eat clean 5 or 6 times a day every 2 1/2 hrs....
If you are loosing more then 2.5lbs a week then you are loosing muscle too(Except with DNP )
