I personally would run the Deca at 400mg's per week, and keep the sust at 500mg's per week...

id drop the deca down a bit bro...id run the test at a higher mg than the deca.

yea, run the test at a higher rate than the deca to keep your test levels up

i would drop the deca to 400mg/wk and run the sust at 500
test should always be higher than the deca, your going to have a nice limp little friend for the next while otherwise
