Thanks to one of our local bro's I now have a trap injection on www.spotinjections.com

I will not be posting a glute shot, I do not consider it a "spot" inject.

And yes, the guy who did the trap shot used a 23 G, 1".

I always use 25G, 1" for spot injections.

25 would probably be better with less scar tissue. It just seems easier with a 23 for doing the trap because you do not have to push as hard and it is a relativly akward position anyway.

The glute injection probably wouldn't hurt for newbies. You would be surprised at how many people do not know where to shoot the glutes.

I had a friend just the other day show me where he shot his glute and it was right in middle. (not his spinkter) but the middle of his glute. And he is relatively experienced.
