What do you guys do if you are mid cycle and you catch a bug..like the flu or what ever..this is just to add to the workout when sick question.
Of course i am going to take some time off from training if i get the flu..but do u some taking AS???

If its just the flu or a bug then yes i would stay on my cycle..If i lasted for more than a week i think i would come off.
