How much Juice do you "waste" ?

Wondering on how much throughout my cycle I should plan on wasting? For example when you are trying to get the are bubbles out I have been wasting about 1/10cc. Is that about right?

i always let a lil run down the needle, the tiny bit you waste acts as a lubricant and lets it sllllllide in much easier. clearly worth it.

There are several factors in loosing some juice. The biggest probably being you lose juice in the pin everytime you shoot......always have a little more gear than you need.

The only gear I waste is what stays in the bell of the needle housing.

p.s. Its not all that critical to get out every bubble...sometimes I even use the bubble method when injecting.

i usually get most of the bubbles out of the pin while the pin is still in the bottle, and if there are still any after i've withdrawn, i dont mind wasting a few drops of gear... the wasted gear isnt worth my health...

It always makes me mad to think about that little bit of gear I'm wasting as I press the air bubble to the top. It does act as a pretty good lubricant though. and when you are trying to not waste gear coming out of the injection site pull the skin about 1/2 inch in either direction and then inject when done pull the needle out and let the skin slide back over that 1/2 inch and all of the gear will be trapped inside. I learned it on this forum and it works for me none lost yet.

Air bubble seals the medication in the muscle after injection and prevents backflow of medication through needle track.

Z track method is better though...

Always pull more into the syringe than needed and with the needle still in the bottle flick all the air bubbles to the top then push the excess gear back into the bottle till the desired amont is left in the syringe then remove and poke. No waste except whats left in the needle. This works for me.
