whats goin on?
ive been lifting on and off for a couple years now and just recently had a friend who went on a cycle and saw tremendous gains.....i myself have never givin it thought until i saw his results. i have a great build to start with
He says he wants me to do
wk 1-10 test e
wk 7-12 winni

im just wondering if this is a good first cycle. what should i watch out for and need to no about test and wini..

im open for all advice and suggestions..\

It is not a bad cycle, but like everyone on here will tell ya test by itself is the best for your first cycle, see how you react to that alone and then take it from there. I like the dose of test e you have and the duration, do some more reading and pm me if you have any questions that cant get answered on here.
