    week 4 and....

    its week 4 of my cycle
    600 mg of cyp
    400 mg of eq
    shot mon-fri-200mg of cyp and 200 mg of eq
    shot wed------200 mg of cyp

    training hard, eating right....but noi major gains yet.....both products are quality vet....when should i see soemthing

    age 22
    day 1 chest and tris
    day 2 back and bis
    day 3 shldr and legs
    off
    repeat

    Cyp will be kicking in shortly.....the EQ will be a few weeks behind it.Keep training and eating right....also have some patience.

    glad u actaully answered my post da bull, see u have been around for a while, my injections never hurt either, im floating roughly around same weight ... u think the test should kick in another week??? should i run more???

    u think im overtarining, should i do each body part only once aweek???

    Unless you have really good recovery abilities natually, I wouldnt train each muscle more than once per week. They will get indirectly trained while working other parts as well. Cyp could take up to 6 weeks to kick in, so youre close. The Eq as much as 8.....just make sure you have you diet in check and you need to sleep as much as possible.

    By week 5 bro,you should be rolling along good on the cyp.Hard to say if your overtraining.If you don't feel overtrained,are eating well,and sleeping good,recovering well.Then continue on.I train one group per week,but that's my style and it works for me.

    i'm on enan and eq right now..basically the same thing since cyp is just a tad bit different...anywasy I didn't notice much gains until week 7..so be patient it will hit you.

    dude, I am on week 5 now, and have just noticed my weight starting to creep up. I have asked the same questions as you are now, and I trust the guys in here, they say to be patient and I am being patient.
