how old are you? I firmly beleive that you shouldnt start AAS until you are past your 21st birthday.
Its always best to start with some sort of Testosterone preferably Cyp or Ent.
Your profile says your around 23.Do a search on beginners cycles.Read up,learn,and get back to us when you have something put together.We'll all gladly critique your cycle then.

well from your profile you're almost 23, 5'10, 160 pounds so i'm presuming you wanna bulk and put on weight, i'm not gonna write out a cycle for you're gonna need to look into test........something like 500mg a week of Test e is probably gonna be sufficient for a first timer

Ok, you bench 260 ? Does that matter? Is that alot ? At 5'10 and 160 you got room to grow naturally. If your set on AAS like has been said 500mg/week of test enanthate is a good choice. Good Luck..
