Running Sust and Tren Enth?

First off i'd to state that i have never run either of these and this will be a totally new cycle for me. How would one go about running sust and tren enth together? What are the effective dosages? Do I want to split my dosages so I can do them twice a week?

Age:23 (24 soon)
Weight: 160ish
Previous cycle exp: Test Prop, 12week cycle with PCT. Also one M1T cycle.

Hmmm, Why would you want to run a long ester with Sust??
It's the shorter esters in Sust that are lacking?
When I run Sust I add additional Prop shots on the non-Sust days to keep the Prop steady...I can't see the advantage of adding another long ester.

Ahh i forgot, my goal for this cycle was primarly to add quality mass and cut at the same time. I like prop but i'd like to take a break from sticking myself EOD. A friend of mine recommended tren to help get cut out. Is he full of ****?

TSW just means that sust is best used EOD for best effect whereas the tren you're using has an enanthate ester. It'd be much more convenient for you to ditch the sust and get some test E. Then you can shoot test E and tren E biweekly together and maintain good consistent plasma levels of both.
