1st cycle starts Monday - need advice

D-Bol + Sust + Deca

45yrs 6ft 225 in decent shape (bench 330) but want to do a bulk cycle then a cut.

I thinking D-Bol 30mg, Deca 200/week, Sust 250 week.
Lifting 1 on 2 off 1 on 1 off repeat (us old guys cant go 5 or 6 straight)

Here are my ?s

- need an injection sched/rotation
- can I add Anavar to this cycle or shuld I wait for the cut cycle ?

Too much for a first cycle. Just my opinion though.

Cut either the dbol , the deca , or both out of the cycle since this is your first cycle.

Sust needs to be inject eod so you should do atleast .5cc or maybe .75cc eod.

well if your'e only doing 250 of sust and 200 of deca , inject one on sunday, one on wed-thurs. the problem with sust is that your blood levels are gonna spike all over the place, look into one ester......or up it to 500 a week, spread out into two shots......

Maybe it's monday and I'm a little foggy......are you saying your doing 200 mgs deca per week and 250 mgs Sust per week?How long are you running the cycle for?

Lay it out like this,it helps:

wk 1-12 xyz @ 500mgs wkly
wk 1-11 abc @ 400 mgs wkly..............get the idea??

As a middleaged guy I would not run d-bol. A little harsh for the health and not worth it. Just my opinion. I would cut the deca too for future cycle and just run test and atleast 500mg/week. 250 on Mon. amd 250 on Fri. Good first cycle for bulk or cut. Gear makes little difference cutting or bulking, your diet/cardio is key. As a 30yr. old guy who's done a few cycles and has some experience thats my 2 cents. Good Luck ...

Forget all those AS.

Run test enanthate or cypionate for 10 weeks at 500mg EW.

Sust is no good for low doses...you're wasting the gear if you inject once a week.

isnt he 45? 500mgs a week might not like him to much, i wouldent go over 300mgs a week of anything IMO at that age who knows what could hapen, you play with fire and you might get burned, thats a good layout da bull, but at his age you think he should push it?

It's not the same. He would be getting such low does of the fast esters...waste of time IMHO. I would stick with a single ester.
