    custom steroid/diet question

    No matter what cycle is being used I have always read that DIET is the key to success and real results. I dont know much about dieting for a cycle. I am looking to gain lean muscle. I am 6'3 177 what is a recommended diet and what calorie intake do I need? Is there a site where I can see sample diets. I am not on a cycle right now, in a few months will do Test/Deca . I posted in the diet forum they just told me to look at the stickie. Not enough info there.

    You might want to consider not juicing just yet. I know you said it's not for a few months, but still, you need to reach your full potential as far as weight gains with eating right. b/c honestly, 6'3" 177 is pretty skinny.

    Been lifting for about 4 years now. I am not jucing right away. I want the right diet first.

    like others said you can grow naturally for a while first. I would say try 4000 cals per day try to get good clean carbs. If you don't grow up your cals, but you should grow on that.
