bottle of cypionate

i have 3bottles of cyp. 10ml and it says cypionate 200 on it. all of them are only filled a lil bit more than half way. is that normal? becuase the flip off lid are still on and the one i used today didnt have any holes on the top, i made the first one today. i thought i got ripped off or something

ps: im full of dbol and cyp rite now, wen will i feel the effect?

takes about 3 days for d bol to start kickin and around 5 weeks on cypionate

and the half filled bottles is normal? i think the lid was a safety cap because once i popped it off i coudlnt put it bak on

the "half filled" vials likely contain 10 cc.
