    Question Headaches

    I posted this over on the over 30 board, but there isn't too many people over there. Do any of you get headaches when you lift heavy? I'm doing max weight for 6 reps and i've been getting bad headaches in the morning.. just wondering if any of you get this?

    yes you are right i have some bp problems.. seems high.. but i've been told bp can't give you headaches!!

    hmm... any natural way of lowering BP? i guess i have the same issues as well, especially when i do squats... it's not a great sensation with a pulsing head ache and having to get back to the office after a workout. Right now I just try to pop a few asprins b4 my leg workout and try to thin down my blood. any suggestions guys?
