    Last mintue advise

    So i'm finally getting ready to start my first cycle on Thursday. I'm doing a test enthanate and danabol ds cycle with 10mg of nolva ed and clomid for pst. My question is, I have danabol ds which are 10mg tabs, how should I spread them out during the day? I want to run 30mg ed of the danabol. BTW I'm running 500mg a week of the test with 250mg injects on thurs and mon.

    take 10mg in the morning with ur breakfast, 10mg 4-5 hours later and last 10mg 4-5 hours later!

    I believe the half life is in the vicinity of 4 hrs....but dont quote me on that. Just spread them out three times a day. morning,noon, afternoon.
