What's up! First, sorry about my English! I need a advice from someone expert. I'm 29 years old, 185 Lbs, 5'10 and 2 years workout "clean" (no drugs) just protein, creatine, good food...... I'm not big but i wanna gain some extra pounds of muscle. That's gonna be my FIRST cycle:

week 10,11 2 boxes of clomid
novaldex 10mg doing cycle

What y'all think about that? Comments? sugestions?

I'm gonna take

- first two weeks twice p/ week
- after week 3, tree times/week
- week 7 twice
- week 8 once

Do you think i'll gain a lot?

I would say you would be better off running the cycle like this my friend :

Week 1-8 400mgs deca /week
Week 1-8 500mgs sus /week
Week 6-12 50mgs winnie/ED
Start clomid 3 days after last winnie intake, and take 300mgs first day,then 100mgs for 10 days,then 50mgs for 10 days.

Don't take the nolva unless you feel the nips getting sore, just keep them on hand incase.
