Clen..is this right???

I started my clen cycle yesterday (PPL's by the way) and I am curious about the dosage. Since it was my first time useing it, I decided to start slow, with only 1/4, or .25 ml. This is a very small amount of fluid...Not even enough to drink on its own; I had to mix it with water in a small shot glass.

Is this correct??? Cause even at 1/2 a ml, its not really all that much.

i started clen yesterday also...but i am taking tablets...so this post will not help you at all...HOWEVER, if you read the clen handbook, it should give you the proper dosage... you got 1 thing right..start it slow...
i took 1 tab yesterday...had the jitters for about 30 minutes...today i took 2 tabs...same thing..slight jitters for about 30 minutes...
search this forum for "clen handbook" and you should have your answer

I've read the clen hand book already; in fact, got it copid to my comp. but it only talks about dosages for tablets, not the liquid form. but thanks for your input anyways

I believe u start with 4 drops for three days - then 6 drops then 8 then 10 and so on..... i believe 1 drop = 10µg

this is a guide line (everyone is different)

pretty much what im doing except im upping the dose every 3 days. Same measurments tho.

Whats a normal body temp increase while on clen ? Im going to monitor my blood pressure and body temp daily..... I just want somewhat of an idea on what to expect

yes, putting anything in water will dilute it...even a hamburger...will it effect the potency?? doubt it....

gel caps $4 for 250 or mix it with oj. Don't worry you still get it all. as for the temp increase....mine goes up apx 1.8 degrees

lets just everybody calm down.....
water will dilute your liquid clen ...but that will not effect the potency... its the same as if you drank your liquid clen, then drank a glass of water afterwards...i would just drink the clen straight...unless the taste is horrible...if you dilute it and dont think your getting results, then you can always change your intake process....
