few quick important questions about cypionate/enanthate before i start tomorrow(help)
alright here are my stats
5'10-185 lbs-7% bodyfat
age-18, been lifting since i was 13
ive switched from bodybuilding to powerlifting for a little bit and im tryin to break a regional benchpress record.ive been focusing and whatnot and im pretty determined to do it.by friday i will have my test(he said it would be enanthate or cypionate but esters are pretty close enough so its almost same thing) and i will also have my clomid.alright so heres what i wanted to ask......
1)right now im holding my weight steady at 185, i have a window of only 10 lbs to gain for powerlifting. no more whatsoever or else i would be out of weightclass.im currently eating around 2200 calories a day and my wieght seems to be holding steady.considering the fact that when on a cycle, you NEED to eat alot, how would i eat while on this cycle?im sayin like, i wanna gain as much quality muscle as i can without the water,so should i bump protein consumption up to around 500 grams a day, adn try to keep my cal count around 3500?
2)my source is pretty reliable and i trust the stuff is real.i know this question might of been asked before but, if i were to frontload my first shot with about 400mg, and then just run steady at 250 every week, how long untill i see a good kick in strength?not in mass muscle gain, but in strength?i lift around 5 days a week, so hopefully the gear will aid in recovery time.
3)i know that injection times shouldnt really matter just as long as your consistent, but if i wanted to get the most out of my BENCH, should i do injections maybe a day before bench day or would it be better if i do it in the morning of a ME day(i have contests every wednesday)?
thanx for any input, im just trying to get the most out of this low dose test cycle.for anyone saying im too young to be doing this, im almost 100% sure my body cannot move past this plateu ive been at.im determined to do this and I AM gonna put my name on the wall of fame this year.
