    argh cant get what i want

    well, i have posted a few posts stating i was goona be running sust and eq togeather but now it has turned out that i cant get the eq for like 3 weeks at least and i wanna start it within the next few days so look like i am goona run 500 mls of sust a week split up in two shots like every 3-4 days and goona run winney.
    this is goona be the exact cycle as my last one except twice a much sust and twice as much winney.

    what can i do to help maintain leaness while running this much , i was think about spending 20 minutes evry day in a sauna with garbage bags wraped on me doing sit ups push ups and still running, to speed up my fat a water loss. we use to do this ih high school to get down to our selected wrestleing weight

    People will think you are a hobo having an anxiety attack in the mens sauna.



    Plus you will be dehydrating your body of water, potassium, and other nutrients...which isn't a good idea, unless you have a contest the next day.

    Just stick to cardio, keep calories decent, and protein SUPER high.

    I GUESS YOUR RIGHT... HOW MUCH CARDIO AND HOW LONG

    I H8T CARDIO BUT IT HAS TO BE DONE

    If you dont want the water retention then use arimidex
