Var 30 mg ed enough?

test prop 100 mg ed
anavar 30 mg ed weeks 1-6
*should I shorten the var to 5 weeks and take 50 mg ed? Or is 30 enough?

bump it to 40

yeah from what ive read 40 minimum to see the good and great things from it...if you have the money i would go 60mg...thats what i plan on doing when i run it

The sheoooot is expensive, I would bump it up to 40mg ED.

If it's your first go t it 20-30mg ed is a good start

Rule of thumb with Anavar is take your body weight and times it by .125. That should tell you how much to take. Personally with my weight I should of taken around 20mg, but even at 30mg, I didn't see much. I say if you can get good gains at a lower dose thats great, but I honestly think a minimum of 30/40mg to see results.

This cycle is for my friend not me. This will be his 1st cycle. He is 6''0 190 and a baseball player just coming off tommy john (1 year ago)..He wants to do a cycle, and i told him all cycles should have test in it. Now he wants to drop the test and do a Var only cycle. Is this ok for him to do? Or does he need the test? What do you guys think? Oh, BTW he has the new 5 mg QV Var pills, I'll let you know how they are. (they tested at 5.5 mg per pill)

yea the new qv var is supposed to be bomb... i would suggest running prop with the var for a first cycle... he'll love the results.
