Its funny because the cycle Im on has me so I feel like I can workout for 3 or 4 hours straight, but Ive been training so intensely that Im actually almost throwing up at the end of my workout. Is that sick or what?

yeah thats pretty gross.... you dont need to be training more then an hour and a half a day... why are you running more deca then sust?

Sounds like one of two things are going on here...
1) You're overtraining
2) You're not training hard enough throughout your workout
Both of these will not allow you to grow to your potential. You seriously need to readdress your training routine bro.
