It sticks around in your body for 34 hours, so it doesnt matter. People taking high doses may find it easier to take them divided as 200mcg all at once can be a little uncomfortable.
i divided mine into 2 doses a day... it helped with the shakes
Whatever works for you, whatever you can tolerate.
I found that when I divided them, I cramped much worse at night.
When I took one dose, I had bad shakes also.
Its a trade off.
I have been taking clen for two weeks and lost 17lbs so far. I take 100mcg in the morning when i wake up. I have also cut my carbs to 40 grams a day, increased my protein and cardio 45min a day. Good luck with Clenbuterol it is working wonders for me.
For me, take all of them in the AM.
