there is a very simple explanation for this...its beacause he injects it right after mixing it so its not cold, i used to do the same thing....bro just put it inthe fridge for a while before you inject.

there is alot of debate about this subject, but i never use HCG IM, i always use it SubQ. It can be painful if you don't go deep enough. are you using the long slin needles?

29g sub q is the way to go. Agent Smith hit it dead on, you aren't going deep enough. Pinch the skin and pull on it with one hand. Stick yourself in the raised skin area. Inject. There will be no pain and no welt.

Anyway (I'll get this outta the way) I am Strictly an IM Man Myself, but I cannot remember Ever having a "Painfull" HCG Shot, not even once.

I shoot HCG with a 30 gauge short needle and its kind of painful when I inject it. The process of jabing the needle in is pretty painless, but when I depress the plunger it starts to hurt.

I inject it sub-q as well.
Take 2 fingers and pinch some skin then lift, inject at the very bottom, works for me.

Never heard of Vet HCG , but the human kind I used went in IM....Never once had pain, but did have some leaking back up through the hole...maybe you need to check that gear out.
