how would i divide this into a 15 week cycle to get best results.
I was thinking of starting off with Anadrol the first 4 weeks, then Fina w/TestProp for 11 weeks, and then throw in Dbol the last 6 weeks with the Fina & Test. Does anyone know of a better way?

Drp the D's or the A-Bombs, but pick one..you'd have to go at least another month to run another oral late, and most will tell you not to do it at all.
