Is it ok to start another cycle without having done my pct?

Does not sound like you are starting another cycle, just prolonging the one you are on. But more information is needed, such as, is this your first cycle?

But, that aside, you can certainly switch up gear in the middle of a cycle. Just depends on what you want to accomplish.

At three weeks you may still have deca in your system. In a few days you may not feel quite so well. If this is one of your first cycles, that would be too long to run deca continuously. Too long to run anything continuously.

I suggest doing your proper PCT, taking equal time off, then jump on your next cycle. At three weeks, your just in tme to start PCT, so it would be a very good idea.

As the length of your cycle increases, especially with deca, so does the time needed to recover from the cycle. Running deca for 12 or more weeks will produce a much more pronounced crash than a 6-8 week stint.

That's exactly what I was thinking.
Deca and D-Bol was all Shut Down material man, adding test would only make recovery easier, your body is certainly longing for it.
The Problem I have with it is the 3 weeks off part, by the time you reload??? See what I'm gettin' at?
If you're going to do it at all, I'd use Prop, which Sust has, but the Prop part needs to go ED....

If I was doin' the Coaching I would make you run Prop only for 6 weeks and get off... because one that's what you need, and two to punish you for doing that cycle!

youre going to end up sending your body on a serious roller coaster.. follow tsw and everyone elses advice- run pct give your body some time to recover and plan a more precise cycle.

Once a week? Then forget it. Sust needs to be injected E2D's. My recommendation is just to stop and run PCT. Take this as a learning experience and hopefully your next cycle will be planned out more correctly.

sustanon once a week is a complete waste....do a single ester. maybe do enathate with prop for the first 3 weeks then continue with the test E
