ephedrine myth

Hi bros!

As you know mates, everyone has different views of ephedrine usage. I was wondering about how to use it properly at which dosage? Thanks for your comments from now on.......

I personally go with 200mg of caffine taken with 25mg of ephredine 3 times daily. Split up evening from the time I get up till around 7pm. Personally I find that if I take it after 7pm I have trouble falling asleep at night.

Some also through some asprin in there to make it a complete ECA stack.

this is the basic pattern. some will go 2 daily dosings, others up to 4.

Now this I know about....200mg of caffiene and 2m mg of ephedra alkaloids are in the original mini thins you know how strong they were/are. I wouldnt take more than three doses of any ephedra product totalling more than 75mg per day. I mean you could but why?
At that dose you be thirsting for water and itching your tingly scalp , plus consider that you are on other substances already.

i have my girl taking 30mg/e 200mg/c and 325mg/a ...2x ed.once in the am as soon as she wakes and then 6hrs later as ephidren is out of the system in 6hrs..thats it.it has curbed her appitite greatly.
