Finishing 1st cycle ever, please critique and opinionate

I'm finishing up my first cycle here in 4 weeks including PCT. I'm running Sust 250 weeks 1-2 @ 250mg/week, weeks 3-6 500mg/week, weeks 7-8 250mg/week ... with Winstrol (paper) weeks 7-11 @ 50mg EOD ... Clomid for PCT the morning after last 50mg of paperstrol @25mg 2x's/day for 10 days. I didn't have any esto problems while juicing and have packed on about 20 lbs going in to week 7 now. I'm hoping the strol will help cut down a little for me as I've heard many good things. What are everyones thoughts on the first round? What can I expect from the Winn at 16% BF 6'2" 255lbs. currently? Any suggestions to maximize winn results? I've been eating well and lifting lots with some very good gains on my lifts. Thanks in advance for all the critiques.

Nolva Throughout @ 10mg ED
L-Dex Throughout @ .25 ED

I have a quick question warrior, when you put "ETD", or "ED" at the end what does that mean for example you put 250mg ETD

ETD=Every Third Day
ED=Every Day

Actually I think there is a Thread on Board jargin and abreviations in the Educational Forum, Sticky, somethin'....
