EQ for week 1-10 400mg
deca for week 2-9 300mg
test cyp week 2-9 250mg
Bear in mind the de and test cycles start in week two because I have already taken 400mg of EQ by itself this week.

Ive read past forums so you are gonna say test should equal th EQ at 400 right? Just gonna be too much test. This is a first cycle I only want 10 quality pounds. I'm all fast twitch and dont wanna get "puffy"

also bear in mind that I have been peaked in weight for almost six years I'm not sure I can hard gain 10 more pounds naturally.
this your first cycle? too many compounds ..... not enough test ..... 250mg cyp? how did you come up with that? cyp is 200mg/ml mostly .......age, stats, cycle history?
eq needs to be ran long to see results, 12+ weeks or so.....
if you are "fast twitch" baseball player, etc. your best bet would be a test/win cycle
I agree with asymmetrical 1....If this is your first cycle, test alone would be good. EQ i would run for 14 weeks in a cycle along with test...JMO though.
a couple of pointers.
1. I wouldn't run DECA and EQ together. Waste IMO.
2. ALWAYS run your TEST higher than your DECA
3. You need to run EQ for at least 12 weeks and run your test at least EQUAL to the EQ.
4. Never start your cycle until you have EVERYTHING ON HAND.
Not a thing wrong w/250mg Test, but leave the Deca (and maybe Eq) out on first cycle.....if something brings you crashing down, you won't know which compound to drop, now will you? Try Test/Eq at most on first and see how your body handles it. How about Test(400mg) for 13 and Eq(400mg) for 12 if you MUST take the EQ?
Study bro...use eq or deca one or the other as they are very similar in properties.
Oh yeah, your not running the TEST long enough and It should of been run from day 1.

I will NOT run both of the other compounds in response to the advice. It the forums advice that made me seek out the test. I have access to winny but at 180 for 5 amps I couldnt possible do it on an eod inject.

Hungry yes, stronger no. Being this is your first cycle something else to keep in mind is you really need to be strong mentally to use steriods correctly. (no neccessarily smart but strong). Going on is great, then comes the strength and size and life is GREAT. Then you come off and you lose some size and strength and hormones are all f***ed up and you get all down in the dumps, sometimes even with proper pct. I'm not trying to talk you out of them , hell I love this stuff, just be prepared and do your homework. Alot of the guys on here have great knowledge to share from personal experiences. Just remember everyone is different. What might work great for me may not do the same for you. This is a never ending journey you have just entered...And only the strong (mentally) survive. Good luck

My first cycle is below, I am on the 8th week and I feel great!! no sides at all, and last monday I benched 225lbs. 6 times, on 01-09-2004 i could only do 155lbs. 6 times. A 70 lbs. increase in 2 1/2 months!! Just giving you an idea of how I have been reacting to my first cycle, maybe this can help you out. Definately run test 100 mgs higher than EQ for AT LEAST 13 weeks if your gonna do EQ at 12 weeks. Just my opinion, good luck with your cycle, and give yourself time to recover before hitting it again.

i've seen ppl get great results from test,deca and EQ cycle but i wouldnt recommend you do it for a first cycle.
Do and test and eq cycle and you will love it.
