also if you like a little spice i like to marinade the chicken in hot sauce... then either broil or bake... it comes out pretty good and has a little kick to it

i'm all about the marinades. i have a few different bottles of marinade in the fridge and when i get some chicken breasts i just choose which one i want. i switch it up all of the time to keep it from getting boring. sometimes i chop it up and make chicken stir fry, real good!

Well, my whole family background is cooking. I have some killer Chinese recipes converted using chicken and turkey for a healther life style. I've attached two recipes for you if you want to check it out. These are not chinese recipes since some don't like it. But give it a shot... It's low-med labor so it's not too bad. Make a big pot and separate to keep in the freezer.
Good Luck!
