    DECA Help

    Im in my mid to late 20's 6'4 220 lbs 15-19 % bf I just started deca two days ago my first cycle ever. Any tips would be helpful

    and make sure your running the test higher than the deca ...... and also extend the test a week or so beyond the deca to help in PCT.

    That's worse........ Test only for a first...... deca is hard to recover from and you never ran a cycle before so you don't know how recovering from other AS would have effect you.

    Word Life. Need test, deca effects the HPTA more than others.
