Am wondering how much of a difference there is between Deca and Nandrolone Phenylpropionate in regards to joint lubrication. I know the Phenoprop is faster acting and from what I have heard, less water retention. I have never run either before. I am hoping to utilize the joint lubrication that Deca will provide from water retention, but would prefer the the faster acting Phenoprop if it will do the same thing.
