test e in shoulder?

bros im getting ready to start my 1st cycle
1-12 test e 500 mg per week

ive been practicing shooting in my glute had had reach comfortably without shaking,can i shoot in my hip?

how painful is test e in the delt?

in your hip....what the??? delt is fine a little painfull till your body gets used to it...nothing like sust though talk about pain!

test e will sting alot less in your glutes or quads than in your delts, its simply a matter of the size of the muscle you are injecting it into... id go with quads for a first cycle... keep it simple.

i know theres not much meat in the hip,i meant upper ass hip side

i usually just let my arm hang limp at my side...wherever the tip of my middle finger ends up, is the sweet spot...

i cant see how you could shoot the glute and be steady

I shot test e in my delt this morning, it was totally painless.

practice on an orange if need be

IMO U on't really need two hands to inject into your glutes. Just reach around stick it, asperate, and pull the trigger. To asperate I hold the syringe with thumb and forefinger and my middle and ring fingers pinch together and pull back I then push the plunger with my ring finger. (ight hand right glute)

I am in a test-e and fina cycle now...I shoot delts and glute...no probs with either at any site..little sore now and then but not debilitating....dont worry about it...

Delts are good, rotate weekly though.

do any of you bros use the 1ml syringes?

i took a shot of test E fri. in my delt, it felt fine til sat morning it hurt like hell, but today Sun, it barely jurts at all. I would go to your ass b/c it wont hurt as much
