    clen jitters & summary

    today is my first day of 100mg clen ... here is my summary so far:
    day 1-- 20mg--jitters for about 45 minutes...
    day 2-- 40mg--jitters for about 45 minutes...
    day 3-- 60mg--shaky hands, cant stop boucing my knees alllll d@mn day..
    day 4--80mg---same as day 3
    day 5--100mg--shaky hands, bouncing knees..pretty hyper...
    i have also been taking potassium & taurine every day...
    this clen stuff isnt to bad...i thought it would be alot harsher than it is... i didnt get any headaches, no problems sleeping...i do have shaky hands and energy... should i go to 120mgs tomorrow??? or should i follow the clen handbook and max out at 100mg for my first clen cycle...??
    oh yea, plus i start to sweat alot faster....

    Do it man, I went up to 200mcgs no problem i was shaking like a polaroid picture.. I was expecting the worst, but clen is fine.. Really good stuff IMO

    So your saying you want more side effects, eh

    Add some 120mcg of T3 in there!

    its great! you don't have to worry about getting work done, cause you'll have 24 hours everyday to do it all.

    not saying i want more side effects...im getting really low side effects now... im saying i just want to make sure its working...i will go up to 120mg and see how that does it... i have not done enought research on T3 to try that... i will do some reading...

    I didnt shake very much until I got up to 120, I ran that for 3 days then bumped it to 200. Man I shook like an old lady with parkinsons. Even my voice was shakey as hell. 160 worked best for me. Make sure to drink lots of water and take potassium because clen made me cramp up really bad.

    yea, i take about 2.5g of taruine and 200mg potassium every day...
    im going to boost to 120mg clen tomorrow and see what that does...
    thats a funny comment bout shaking like an old lady with parkinsons...
