hey guys im new to this site and i had a few questions, everyone i ask tells me something different. im about 6'1 and 200pounds. i got a belly and all. i wanted to get ready for this summer so i am planning on starting EQ and Winstrol and this is going to be my first cycle ever. I dont want to get really big but just a little more size and defenition, is that good for me?? and if im going to be on this how many calories should i eat and how should i work out?
