back into it after a few years off...

ive take a few years off from seriously lifting, its been a year since ive really worked out besides the once a week half ass workout. I am currently 24 yo at my peak i was 5'9 185 pounds with minimal fat. i am down to about 165 now very lean but all the mass is gone. in the past i started with deca for my first cycle then added sust for the second. third i added dbol. and did the deca, test, dbol thing again. I get good results with that combo but get bloated especially in the face.

I am in the SE and looking for someone in the area to help me out and get started back again

any advice on a first cycle after almost 3 years off. i am looking ot gain the mass back.

well, from what i've been reading in the news, anabolic steroids will kill you after a few years of use.... so he's probably dead by now.
