Gyno?

I just started a new cycle. big front load. i have been taking 40mg tax ED. here's the deal, im having swelling and sensitivity above my left nipple. I started getting gyno on my 1st cycle and tax made it go away. but the swelling and tenderness was on the nipple or under. my wife says its an ingrown hair, but i dont wanna have tittys! any thoughts?

Run 80mg of Nolvadex until the symptoms subside and the 20mg ED of Nolva throughout the rest of the cycle and PCT. You might want to throw in .25mg of L-dex in there as well.
