Continue to monitor your temp in the morning and PM me with the results,try to back off on the trainig a litlle also, if your training 5 days a week , back it off to 4 days for a couple of weeks, try to get atleast 8 hours sleep for the next week, all these small changes might get you back on track...if not we'll do a test for your adrenal function, and then your immune system etc...
