Vitamin B Complex Shot FREQUENCY"????

my girl recently started taking these for tiredness and energy and the likes......and i was wondering what is the half life of the shots and how many ml's a week should she be taking???/ anyone with experience or the knowledge please let me know..

its 1 ml = 1000mcg

is that B-12 or B complex ? If B Complex what constituents does that break down into ?

For B-12 I use 500mcg Daily - seems to help my appetite and is necessary for red blood cell production and since test makes more RBC's makes sense to me to take it

shes doesnt wannna inject ed tho... its b complex with b12 and the likes..

If she doesn't want to inject everyday - then it won't work as well . Should stick with orals and double the dosage because it isn't utilized as well by the body - just my opinion
